5 Brunches Apartments For Rent Plano, TX5 Mouthwatering, Mimosa-Fueled Brunches In Plano

Ok – so to answer your first question: Why only five brunches?

Fair enough, but look, everybody and their three-legged dog is slinging Eggs Benedict and pouring up that ubiquitous brunchy cocktail otherwise known as the mimosa.

And sure, there are some good brunches out there. We’re not hating.

But there are brunches out there with culinary creations so decadent that you’re going to skip the to-go box and blow your diet while downing $2 blood orange mimosas until your only afternoon plans are to slip into your fatty sweatpants and take a three hour nap.

That’s what we’re focusing on here.

So buckle up and be prepared to hate yourself while eating brunches so good, you’ll have to tell your friends about them.

Yeah, top of the list – and with good reason. Serving up serious comfort food and an awesome brunch. You could go healthy if you wanted to with The Brunch Powerbowl, full of turmeric quinoa, kale and other veggies, eggs and a greek yogurt lemon dressing. But why? Especially when you can get down on The Unholy One – a caramel moonshine french toast sandwich with twice-fried chicken, american cheese and drizzled with jalapeno maple syrup.

Oh and those $2 blood orange mimosas? Get ‘em here or a blackberry, peach or plain ‘ol orange one. If you want to kick it up a notch, try a Moonshine Mary, made with one of their many custom moonshines – this one infuses garlic, tomato and jalapeno.

Located at the Shops at Legacy, Cru Wine Bar not only does a great brunch, you can sit outside on the patio while you sip your mimosa made with ruffino prosecco and grovestand orange juice or blood peach bellini. After you’re done, have a stroll around to work off the Black Truffle and Winter Mushroom Omelette or Wine Country Shrimp and Grits you just ate.

The Goat Cheese Beignets with fresh berry compote, honey and chocolate sauce are a must try.

Black Walnut

So many choices and all of them good. Every section from their Benedicts to their pancakes has multiple savory choices. The Smoked Salmon Benedict with its cayenne citrus hollandaise is amazing and you’ll get lost in the Breakfast As A Treat section. Pro tip – go with the Nutella french toast or pineapple upside down pancakes.

Whiskey Cake

Another great brunch serving up naughty comfort food like the bacon-jalapeno drop biscuits with housemade spicy sausage gravy or the Hangover Burger. DO NOT MISS the Cinnamon Roll pancakes. Oh and the Chicken and Waffles – for that matter, there’s nothing on the menu that’s going to disappoint. Get your hair of the dog with a Tableside Mimosa or Black Manhattan.

Sixty Vines

They source their ingredients locally and change the menu according to season items. Add that to their unique creations and you’ve got a mouthwatering brunch. The duck fat potatoes, garam and cherrywood smoked bacon and the C.A.B. Brunch Burger – forget about the diet. Don’t forget to try their amazing coffee – personal favorites are the Eiland Single Origin French Press or the Stumptown Nitro Cold Press.
